YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and Drive the Special Make Up Products for the assigned Key Accounts and Areas together with the Design & Development Team ( Focus Markets & accounts Within EUROPE region)
  • Understand and execute the product creation process according to calendar timelines
  • Cooperating with Merchandising, Design and Development to ensure that the final products are reflecting market/ key account needs
  • Be an expert for the PUMA systems
  • Product knowledge of competitor and consumer trends
  • Support and present products to international partners and key accounts/ Preparation of Key Account meetings 
  • Can speak effectively to peers and levels of senior management
  • Can both deliver and take critical feedback professionally
  • Shows ownership and accountability of their assigned projects
  • Owns daily tasks, seasonal timelines, sets priorities effectively, requires minimal supervision or direction
  • Gain strong knowledge of all inline products, strategies, and marketing plans with the ability to effectively present to internal and external parties.
  • Consumer and Key Account expert for PUMA with an in-depth understanding of account consumer profile, expectations consumers have of the PUMA brand, and develop strong consumer focused strategies.
  • Owns daily tasks, seasonal timelines, sets priorities effectively, requires minimal supervision or direction
  • Achieve net sales and gross margin targets, analyze & report business performance on a monthly basis, understand growth trends and effectively communicate to other stake holders.
  • Understands how to navigate internal department and understands the set up and design of all internal business units and regional structures
  • Actively and confidently communicate with the Inline Teams to ensure project alignment with all teams and a consistent PUMA brand message.

YOUR MISSION

  • Minimum 3 years of international footwear experience in product management, product marketing or collection merchandising in the footwear sport/-lifestyle industry. Ideally with a top tier international sports company. Very good knowledge and passion for the sport, technical consumer trends as well as the fashion/lifestyle market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment unsupervised and proactively in reporting to management. Flexible Teamplayer with an open mindset, good organizational skills and well structured work. Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment.
  • Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation and deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Passion for Sport and Lifestyle
  • Very good market and retail knowledge
  • Very good verbal communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Experienced presenter - great verbal communication skills (especially speaking to accounts and sharing internal feedback) as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).
  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, International Business, Sports Management or similar with a focus on Marketing/ Textile/ Fashion/ Sports
  • Ability to work independently.

This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.

This position is only available for a fixed term of one year.
